By accessing or playing CosmicDrift.io ("the Game"), whether directly at cosmicdrift.io or through a partner portal such as CrazyGames, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian, particularly the sections on accounts and purchases.
You can play anonymously without an account. Creating a free account is required to spend stardust (purchase skins/decals) so that purchases are saved server-side and tied to you, not just to one browser session. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity under it.
Stardust is a virtual currency with no cash value, usable only within the Game to unlock cosmetic items (skins, decals). Stardust is earned by playing or purchased in fixed packs for real money, processed by Stripe — see our Privacy Policy for payment-data handling. All stardust and purchased cosmetic items are non-transferable, non-refundable except as required by applicable law, and have no real-world monetary value. We may adjust stardust earn rates, prices, or the item catalog at any time; purchases already made are not retroactively affected.
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage; harass, impersonate, or abuse other players (including via your chosen player name); attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or other players' accounts; or use the Game for any unlawful purpose. We may reset, restrict, or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including removing purchased stardust or items gained through prohibited means.
Your player name is visible to other players in multiplayer and must not contain unlawful, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content. Your custom billboard text is shown only on your own screen, not to other players. We may remove or reset any user-submitted content at our discretion, without notice.
The Game is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game (including balance changes, feature removal, or full shutdown) at any time. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency, items, or progress resulting from such changes, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All game assets, code, artwork, and branding are the property of CosmicDrift.io's operators or their licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Game without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of data, virtual currency, or purchased items.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
